Brummie Contra: Bournville Choccie Saturday Special Dance.

Event scheduled for Sat evening, since Sam & Grace must be on the train for Edinburgh tomorrow.

Travellers welcomed from 7.15pm for a sociable start with a hot drink & biscuits (and in 20min interval).

Dancing 7.30 to 10.40.

THIS DANCE ONLY is at the QUAKER Meeting House: B30 1JT, 65 Linden Rd, adjacent Bournville Green.

Spectacular Edwardian Hall built by Cadbury family, with "hammer-beam" roof: small car park. Best to park on Sycamore Rd, and use paved footway to walk across the Green.

Cross City Rail stops at Bournville Station. Bus 27 (at 18.18 and 18.45) then stops across the road (or third of a mile walk). Hall also on 11A & 11C "Outer Circle" bus routes (approx every 20mins).

The following Brummie Contra is at B91 2SF (Elmdon Heath) on 2nd December. It has the excellent calling of Mark Elvins and the superb music of the trio Wild Ride.
